My career has been driven by a fascination with how people, technology, and organizations work together to achieve meaningful results. While my experience spans workplace technology, commercial construction, project management, and organizational leadership, my approach has always been grounded in understanding the human side of transformation.

I combine more than 20 years of technology and project delivery experience with undergraduate and graduate studies in psychology and advanced training in neuroscience and behavioral project management to help organizations navigate change, strengthen collaboration, and deliver lasting results. I believe successful transformation happens when people, processes, and technology are intentionally aligned.

That philosophy led me to pioneer an integrated delivery model that embedded workplace technology into the commercial construction process, resulting in more than 230 projects delivered on time, within budget, and fully operational at launch. Along the way, I've built PMOs, developed high-performing teams, redesigned delivery frameworks, and helped organizations improve execution while creating sustainable growth.

Whether I'm advising leaders, coaching teams, writing, or speaking, my goal remains the same: helping people bridge the gap between strategy and execution so they can achieve results that last.

Technology doesn't transform organizations. People do. My role is helping align people, processes, and technology so transformation becomes sustainable rather than simply successful.
